ABOUT YOU 

• You have store management experience in a specialist retail environment ​selling luxury products and brands.
• You lead, motivate, and coach people to have personal meaningful interactions with customers to make them feel special.
• You have a strong commercial mindset, focused on identifying sales opportunities to enhance business performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• You have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth.
